| KTM RC 390 and RC 200 Coming soon to India |
The entire country took notice when Austrian bike maker KTM recently showcased the RC 200 and RC 390 sportbikes. There rose another wave of excitement when it emerged that KTM India might be contemplating bringing the 200cc and 375cc RC models to India. And now, KTM India website has took us by surprise again by hinting that these bikes could come to us much sooner than we expected.

As can be seen in the lead image, the official KTM India website announces that the RC 200 and RC 390 are ‘coming soon to India’. We feel that it is a hint enough that the two bikes would be officially introduced in our bike market soon after the advent of next fiscal. As we have been saying, these bikes will be locally produced in the country and would be only little pricier than their Duke siblings. It may be noted that both the bikes share the motors with their Duke counterparts and this means that while the RC 200 gets a 200cc 25 PS motor, the bigger RC 390 gets a 375cc 43.5 PS engine. The RC200 and RC 390 tip the scales at 137.5 kg and 147 kg respectively.

| The bigger KTM RC390 too is coming to India |
It is expected that Bajaj Auto Ltd, the Indian partner of KTM, would put on display both the KTM RC 200 and the KTM RC 390 at its pavilion at the upcoming 2014 Indian Auto Expo, which would happen in February next year.
